Visiting Horses: For any horses visiting our site, we respectfully ask to see their Passports on arrival. It is company policy that only visiting horses with up-to-date vaccination records will be allowed to disembark from their transport or allowed to ride on site. This is to ensure the safety of our own horses, who are the lifeline of our charity.
Riders: All riders must have their own riders' insurance, for example BHS Membership Insurance, to be shown before or on arrival.

Hire of our horses: We do not hire out our horses, unless you are an RDA Group booking a 4/5 day holiday, or an RDA Group wishing to be affiliated to the Centre for permanent weekly sessions.

Available to hire by qualified coaches who are covered by their own insurance.
• Our large ground floor Common Room area is ideal for large group meetings or activities
• Fully equipped adjoining kitchen
• Closomat toilet and Changing Places facilities
• Our Centre for Equine Learning and Therapy (CELT) building is home to our state-of-the-art fully simulated mechanical horse, smart board, height adjustable workstations and sink plus an extensive range of communication aids.
• Ideal for classroom-based activities, meetings or evening classes.
Available to hire to RDA Holiday Groups between April and October. Please contact the main office for new 2025 holiday prices. Private hire not available until 2025 and outside of the RDA holiday season.
