Drum roll please … the total raised at our Christmas Fair is a fantastic £5,827!
This is a staggering amount which will go a long way to supporting the valuable work we do. Given the current financial climate, this makes the total even more special, and we are extremely grateful to everyone for their generosity and support.
Saturday 2nd December was very chilly but bright and sunny, setting the scene for a fabulous fund-raiser which was enjoyed by so many of our beneficiaries, supporters and volunteers.
We were very excited to have Father Christmas attending again, and we were delighted to have the Mayor of Wrexham, Councillor Andy Williams, come along to join in the fun.
The horses and ponies absolutely loved all the attention they received, although they were less impressed with the antler headgear!
This is a very big date in our annual calendar, and we just simply could not put on this Fair without the support of our wonderful staff, volunteers and friends of the Centre.
