We have introduced a new phone system, so now when you phone Clwyd Special Riding Centre, you will be asked to choose from the seven options listed below.
Telecoms companies in the UK are replacing the technology they use to provide fixed telephone networks (landlines). For most customers, the upgrade is expected to be complete by 2025.
Added to this change, CSRC only had two landlines, which meant that only two people at a time could use them. With an expanding team, this was not ideal.
To help improve your experience of contacting us and improve our workflow, we have introduced a new digital system that allows you to choose who you need to speak to.
This is a change in the way we make and receive calls, so please do bear with us while we adapt to this new system too! Thank you.
