It was a privilege to be able to present three special RDA Nomination Awards to our very own Pam Jones, our Advanced RDA Coach and Participant Coordinator.
Nominated by the Clwyd RDA Group, Pam was put forward for three of the RDA Coaching Awards: The Extra Mile Award, Coach of the Year, and Coach Mentor of the Year.
These awards represent individuals across the RDA Coaching community who have made an outstanding contribution for participants and volunteers alike.
Those who know Pam are aware how passionate she is about riding for the disabled. Her kindness, patience, attention to detail and ‘nothing is ever too much’ attitude, endears her to the participants and their families.
Whilst Pam did not win these categories, she did receive Certificates of Nomination…but in our eyes, she is still a winner!
