The CSRC team had a fantastic day at the Oswestry Show on Saturday. Our aim was to raise the profile of the charity and we certainly did that as we received a lot of interest and raised a fantastic £307!
Added to that, our awesome BD para dressage riders, Elouise, Lily and Eleanor put on an excellent dressage display in the main arena, riding Moo, Thor and Mouse. Both horses and riders coped extremely well, delivering beautiful tests in an unfamiliar setting. They were all superstars!
A special thank you to Craig Harrison, a former rider himself, for doing some fantastic commentary to accompany the demonstration. Thank you also, to the staff and parents who all helped to make the day a great success, and to the Oswestry Show organisers for giving us this opportunity and looking after us so well.
Next up, come and see us this Saturday at the Wauns Carnival, Bradley, and at the Denbigh and Flint Show on 15th August.
