“Over the last few months, there have been some changes to the team here at CSRC. This is an exciting time for the charity as we continue to build on our service offering; and with that, the talented and skilled colleagues needed to help deliver the important and life-changing work we do here at the Centre.
“As Operations Director, I oversee the daily running of the Centre and I am proud of the team we have built to do just that!” Jane Sargeant, Operations Director.
Here’s a reminder of who’s who!
THE EQUINE TEAM
We have recently welcomed two new Grooms to the team - both Alice Grange and Sian Brown have joined, making the equine team a team of six. Ceri Wilkinson has moved into the role of Yard Supervisor and, together with Grooms Kovu Reid and Sophie Lovatt, they all report into our Equine Manager, Faye Bedford.
THE OFFICE AND SESSION TEAM
Last year we welcomed Fizz Morris as our new Finance Assistant; and Caroline Dingwall who came on board as our Fundraising Manager; Faye Bedford as Equine Manager and Beth Woods, Equine Assisted Therapy Practitioner, who runs our Equine Assisted Therapy sessions.
Kate Kerr has moved over to be our Marketing and Communications Manager, and in her place, Morgan Brassington has moved over from the equine team to the office team as Office Administrator.
Pam Jones has semi-retired and stepped back from coaching but continues to manage all participant enquiries and assessments, as Participant Coordinator.
Faye Bedford, as well as having the roll of Equine Manager, Faye is also the Centres’ British Dressage Para Dressage coach which is taught on a Saturday.
Sara Henney remains as Volunteer Coordinator and also delivers our BHS Changing Lives Through Horses programme.
Lucy Brookes of Spirit Hippotherapy continues to run Hippotherapy and also runs the mechanical horse sessions.
