COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We hope you never have cause to complain but we are always willing to listen and respond to any concerns or feedback you may have.
If you have a complaint or any concerns relating to Clwyd Special Riding Centre, and you have not been able to resolve informally with those involved, please contact the Centre Manager: centremanager@clwydspecialridingcentre.co.uk.
Should your complaint concern the Centre Manager, you should write to the Chair of Trustees. If your complaint concerns the Chair of Trustees, you should write to the Company Secretary. You can expect an acknowledgment of your request within five working days of receipt and a response within 15 workings days.
Data Protection legislation also gives you the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For more information visit the Information Commissioner’s Office website at www.ico.org.uk.
